On 3 March 2017, Sankalpa organized interaction program on “Discriminatory Provision on Civil Code Bill” at Indreni Complex, New Baneshwor and interacted with parliamentarians, political leaders and women’s rights activists to discuss on amended proposal of Civil Code Bill. During the program, participants shared their views on how civil code has affected women, especially single living women and divorcees. The position paper on civil code bill that mentioned our demands were also presented and discussed.
