On 29th August, Sankalpa organized sharing and discussion program on Civil Code Act & Criminal Code Act at Alpha House, Baneswor. The main objectives of the program was to make women rights activists informed & aware on basic things included in Civil Code Act & Criminal Code Act.

Radheshyam Adhikari-Advocate/Parliamentarian as well as Chair of Civil Code bill shared concepts and laws included in criminal code act and civil code act whereas Usha Thakuri Malla - Vice chair of Nepal Bar Association shared information regarding civil code bill & criminal code act through gender perspectives.

Mr. Radheshyam Adhikari & Ms. Usha Thakuri Malla addressed the question/queries raised by the participants during floor discussion. Mr. Radheshyam Adhikari focused that both the bill are women friendly and women parliamentarian had really worked hard to make it.
